BALTIMORE, MD (October 22, 2007) -- Clark Turner Signature Homes has selected Sawmill Marketing Public Relations of Baltimore to promote the builder’s role in connection with an upcoming episode of the popular ABC-TV program “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.”
Services provided by the Maryland PR firm included spokesperson preparation, media relations, ongoing public relations counsel and serving as on-site media liaison.
Clark Turner Signature Homes, Belcamp, Md., managed the entire construction project, bringing together more than 1,500 volunteer contractors and trades people to build a new home and therapeutic horse riding facility for the Luther family of Port Deposit, Md. Work on the massive construction project took place between Oct. 14 and Oct. 21, 2007. The episode “Luther Family” will air during the 2007-2008 season on a date to be announced.
Each episode of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” features a race against time involving a team of designers, contractors and several hundred workers who have just seven days to totally rebuild an entire house – every single room, plus the exterior and landscaping.
